Post initial consultation and working in partnership with your GP. Physiotherapist or Consultant, (accompanied by a referral letter from your GP).
I will ensure you get the right exercises, at the correct intensity, and safely executed, with a specific programme tailored to your individual needs, focusing on rehabilitation and functional fitness, enabling muscles, bones and joints to heal correctly.
