Specific exercise for minimising peri-menopause symptoms and maximising post-menopausal health, fitness and wellbeing, enabling physical resilience and independence through the latter (30+) years is crucial for avoiding care home placement or home care support.

Personal training is structured to maximise your results and suit your personal goal, be it weight loss/gain, being able to wear those clothes you’ve had your eye on, perhaps an upcoming celebration/event or a particular sport you enjoy all while keeping focused on perfect form, keeping safe, and avoiding injury.

Motivation and accountability are an ongoing support and a key ingredient for you to make the best progress, so you can achieve your best every session.

Initially you will need a consultation and complete a standard requirement medical questionnaire to ensure you receive the right training, especially if you have any medical conditions.

Please don’t worry about your current ability or level of fitness, I will always meet you where you’re at with flexible adaptations, suitable and appropriate progression to get you from where you are to where you want to be.

Is exactly that, one to one sessions. Using specialist knowledge and experience you will be guided through a program designed specifically for you, meeting you where you’re currently at. Your program will ensure progress, helping you achieve your goal while being delivered in a safe, effective, and professional manner. Sharing your session with a friend or partner is great for couples and friends who like to do things together. Both clients will be participating in the same exercises which will be adapted to meet individual abilities whilst maximising results. With the bonus of keeping the cost down! Delivering the personal touch, with all clients taking part in the same specific exercises but adapted to be safe and suite all abilities whilst remaining challenging. Small group PT is a more cost-effective way of receiving the benefits of that personal touch.

Hypnotherapy: Unlocking Fundamental Transformation Through Deep Relaxation.

During the peri-menopause phase, we can suddenly be bombarded with unresolved past trauma, the (not so) delightful hits of Life’s Unwanted and all that ‘Stuff’ we’ve pushed down while we soldiered on with our careers, raising children, looking after our homes and belongings…

We’re so programmed with that ‘Keep on Keeping on’ hero persona; you know the one, prioritising everything and everyone over self, never giving space and time for our own self-care and self-love needs to be met.

What’s stopping you achieving your goals!

Self- sabotage, procrastination, limiting beliefs, fear of failure, fear of success, past traumatic events; subconscious blocks that stop you from losing weight and keeping it off.

All those things that got in the way or stopped you from realising those buried dreams and aspirations, those seemingly justifiable things that stopped you becoming your best self.

Method (3 step process):

While in hypnosis, you will remain awake and aware for the two-way communication between you and I for the process work to enable the ‘therapy’ to take place.

Step 1 - Explore

Have a chat to discover what it is you wish to change, any limiting beliefs you may have developed which hinder you. Identify emotional hot-spots that trigger you into unwanted behaviours and therefore outcomes. This will lead into identifying the real problem and any desired changes you wish to make.

Step 2 - Release & Remove

I will then guide you into Hypnosis, which is simply a relaxed and calm state, like watching an amazing movie with events and effects that aren’t possible, but because we want to enjoy the film, we get out of our own way and simply allow. Then, this is where we do the real work, using specialist and appropriate techniques to help you make the changes ‘you’ want; those limiting beliefs, self-sabotaging behaviours and dissolving painful emotional/physical hot-spots. This is where you will be able to release and remove all the frustration, pain, anger, guilt or shame, the images and emotions you no longer want to feel or see. You have great wisdom hidden inside, your subconscious already knows how to help you, I just assist with bringing your wisdom to the surface. If we are working with trauma/PTSD, the best part….There is no need for you to tell me what happened, you do NOT have to talk about it!

Step 3 - Reset & Recover

Lastly, to reinforce any change work, I will bring in suggestion therapy to support ‘your’ desired outcome bringing about lasting positive change. Your session will then end with a release, feeling calm, free, amazing, full of energy and on top of the world, ready to move forward with your life!
